Tile Cleaner is an emulsifying alkaline prespray, which loosens tough oily soils. Works on stone, tile, grout, walls, and other hard surfaces. Great for breaking down waxes and heavy soils to prepare surface for sealing. Low foaming and highly concentrated.
Ready to use pH is 12.1 (10:1 Dilution)
Caution: Tile Cleaner contains a cationic surfactant that could reduce or remove dye resistors in fifth-generation nylon carpets.
A restorative acidic cleaner for ceramic or porcelain tile and grout, masonry, and concrete. This is a safer alternative than phosphoric or muratic acids. Removes grout haze, hard water deposits, soap scum, rust spots and efflorescence. Contains no harsh fumes and is low foaming.
Ready to use pH is 1.0 (16:1 Dilution)
Use: Tile Restore will etch marble, limestone, and other acid sensitive materials (ie metals and frosted glass). Do not overspray on surfaces not to be cleaned. If overspray occurs, rinse thoroughly. Always test to determine desired results in an inconspicuous area before using.
Remove loose debris by sweeping or vacuuming. Mix above solution well and apply to surface with mop, sponge, or sprayer. Allow to dwell for 5 minutes, agitate with a scrub brush, and rinse and extract thoroughly. Do not allow product to dry on surface as this may make removal difficult. Rinse equipment after use. For best results rinse with Tile Neutral Clean & Rinse. Reseal cleaned area with Tile Aqua or Tile Ultimate sealers.
An emulsifying neutral cleaning detergent to be used as a maintenance cleaner and neutralizing rinse. Works on stone, tile, grout, walls, and other hard surface. Low foaming.
Ready to use pH is 7.2 (32:1 Dilution)
Use: If used on or around textiles, test for colorfastness or color change in an inconspicuous area before using. Do not overspray on surfaces not to be cleaned. If overspray occurs, rinse thoroughly.

Extraction Cleaning: For truck mount equipment mix 1 quart in 5 gallons of water. Mix well and meter through system at 4 – 8 GPH. For portable equipment mix 4 ounces in 5 gallons of water. For heavily soiled areas, pretreat with Tile Cleaner, and rinse with Tile Neutral Clean & Rinse.

Maintenance Cleaning: Mix 1 part Tile Neutral Clean & Rinse with 32 parts hot water (4 oz per gallon). Mix well and apply to surface with a mop, sponge, sprayer, or cleaning equipment. Clean area insuring that soil is not redeposited. No need for rinse. For best results use undiluted with an in-line pressure sprayer (32:1 tip). Rinse and extract to remove excess.

For use on stone and tile countertops. Spray directly on surface and wipe clean with cloth or sponge. Repeat if necessary. Do not overspray on surfaces not to be cleaned, including floors, as this may make them slippery. If overspray occurs, rinse thoroughly.
Water-based Solvent
A water-based stone, tile and grout sealer, which maintains the natural look of granite. Tile Aqua has excellent oil and water repellency and is safe for indoor and outdoor use. Deepens certain natural stone such as travertine and slate. Resists soil, stain, chemical degradation, biological growth and efflorescence. Reduces cracking, spalling, and freeze/thaw damage. UltraViolet Resistant.
Ready to use pH is 8.75
Use: Always test to determine desired results and ease of application in an inconspicuous area with a 24 hour cure time before using. Ensure that surface is clean, dry (or just slightly damp), free of coatings, and allow new grout installations to cure for 72 hours. Mask off baseboards and adjacent areas. Do not overspray on surfaces not to be cleaned. If overspray occurs, rinse thoroughly.
Tile Aqua is ready to use. Liberally apply to surface with sprayer, roller, sponge, or mop. Spread evenly with a squeegee, sponge, or mop. Coverage is approximately 200 - 1000 square feet per gallon depending upon porosity of stone. For more porous stones, a second coat may be required. Wait a minimum of 30 minutes before second application. After final application, wipe up any excess with clean towel, sponge, or mop. Do not allow foot traffic for 6-8 hours. Allow 72 hours curing time for maximum protection. Rinse equipment thoroughly with water. Protect chemical from freezing.
Solvent-based Impregnator/Sealer
A solvent-based stone, tile and grout sealer with little or no change in the material’s natural look. Tile Ultimate has excellent oil and water repellency and resists soil, stain, chemical degradation, biological growth and efflorescence. Provides deep penetrating protection and is safe for indoor and outdoor use. UltraViolet Resistant.
